You are invited to the 2022 Network Group experience focusing on leading ministries to reach more people. We will visit churches throughout the Michigan Area to hear their stories, be taught by leaders from throughout the U.S. and will explore new ways to grow the ministries of your church, especially in this Covid era.
Participants will gain competency and confidence in leadership, as well as increase their effectiveness in multiplying their ministries to reach more people, more diverse people and younger people.
We will host this 2022 REACH Leadership Network Group in person and virtually.

About your presenter: Dirk Elliott
Rev. Dirk Elliott is Director of Congregational Vibrancy for the Michigan Conference. Dirk has served in similar positions in the Detroit and East Ohio Conferences of the UMC for the past 18 years.
Prior to his ministry as part of Conference Staff, Dirk served for 18 years in pastoral ministry in three appointments. Much of his continuing education has been in the areas of church growth, evangelism and faith sharing.
Dirk is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coach Federation and an endorsed Mentor Coach through Path 1 of UMC Discipleship Ministries. He is on the Executive Strategy Team for the Path 1 Team, the United Methodist’s church planting initiative through Discipleship Ministries. Dirk is the author of Vital Merger: A New Church Start Approach that Joins Church Families Together.
Dirk and his spouse, Tricia, currently live in Linden, Michigan. Tricia is a graduate of the Methodist Theological School of Ohio. She is a Spiritual Director focusing primarily on directing women clergy and clergy spouses, as well as a retreat leader, leading retreats in Spiritual Formation.
